The following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the use of the aiaccelerator.uk website and services (“Services”) advertised and available on or at the AI Accelerator website (the “Website”). The Website is owned and operated by AI Accelerator Limited (“AI Accelerator”). The Website is offered subject to your (the “User” or “you”) acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be modified and published from time to time on the Website by AI Accelerator – including Pricing, Refund, Privacy Policy, and others. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please refrain from using the Website.

AI Accelerator offers a refund policy adhering to the policies mentioned.

1. Access & User Information

To purchase services on the Website, the User may fill in the contact form (including all required personal information). The User must notify AI Accelerator immediately of any breach of security or unauthorised use of their account.

AI Accelerator may change, suspend, or discontinue the Services, Products, fees, charges, and terms at any time, including the availability of any feature or content. AI Accelerator may also impose limits on certain features and Services or restrict the User’s access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability. The User certifies that if the User is an individual (i.e., not a corporation), the User is at least 18 years of age. The User also certifies that they are legally permitted to use the Website and take full responsibility for the selection and use of the Website. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access the Website is revoked in such jurisdictions.

2. Modifications

AI Accelerator reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify this Agreement, fees, charges, and terms at any time. The User shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Use of the Website by the User following such notification constitutes the User’s acceptance of the changes in the terms and conditions.

3. Payments and Fees

AI Accelerator may save the User’s credit or debit card information, unless the User notifies AI Accelerator otherwise through an email to [email protected].

By accepting this Agreement, the User confirms that they are legally entitled to use the payment method tendered and, in the case of card payments, that they are either the cardholder or have the cardholder’s express permission. AI Accelerator may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse Service to anyone at any time at its sole discretion. AI Accelerator will not be liable to the User or any third party for refusing or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Unless stated otherwise, all fees and payments are quoted in UK Pounds. The User is responsible for paying all applicable fees, payments, and taxes.

4. Online Payment Security

AI Accelerator uses a secure payment gateway for online credit card transactions:
• Payments are fully automated with immediate response.
• Full credit card numbers are never viewable by AI Accelerator or any outside party.
• Transactions are performed using a 128-bit SSL certificate.
• Data is encrypted and stored within secure, bank-grade data centres.

5. Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for a valid reason, you may initiate a refund unless otherwise specified on the product page. Refunds are generally not permitted after services have been delivered unless at the discretion of AI Accelerator.

All refunds must be requested within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

Refunds

Upon review, we will process your refund. Please allow at least five (5) days from receipt to process your refund. Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

No agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or similar relationship is created by this Agreement. You confirm that you have all the necessary permissions to provide your personal data for the purposes of this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. AI Accelerator may assign this Agreement upon notice to you. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of this Agreement. Failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive AI Accelerator’s right to act with respect to similar or subsequent breaches.
